Job Details:
HRBP Partnering with the Business Departments to create a sync between HR & Business at a strategy level.
PMS
Monthly MIS: - Updating database regularly and preparation of monthly MIS report.
On boarding: Execution of company on boarding process for new joinees
Confirmation Process: To co- ordinate and complete the confirmation process for new joiners on time.
Learning & Development:- Co ordination for training programs. Updating database and recording attendance, feedback forms. Preparation of Monthly L&D MIS report.
Exit Process: To ensure exit formalities are completed for all exit cases on time.
Projects: To support for data preparation for company specific projects and co - ordination
HR Operations: Co- ordinate for HR operations like transfers in, transfer out., reporting manager change, location change etc and execute the process formalities on time.
Follow ups and closures: To follow up with business for Huawei HR specific areas in the process life cycle. E.g. R&R nominations, Exit forms.
Employee Engagement & Events: execution of employee events, Follow ups with Managers for Employee Engagement activities in the team.
