Providing first and second line of business support
Creating configurations in Radian 6 and Engagor
Performing social media analysis
Creating dashboards and reports with Radian 6, Engagor or customized
Advising business stakeholders on social analytics, engagement and publishing
Maintaining Radian 6 and Engagor configuration setup
Responciblities:
2+ years of hands-on experience with social analytics, engagement and publishing tools either agency or clientside
Hands on tool experience in
o Radian 6
o Engagement Console
o Engagor
Performing first and second line service and support
Creating prefab and customized social business dashboards and reports
Great sense of understanding social media culture
Extensive knowledge of the global social media landscape and trends
Great skills in English, both in written and verbal communication
High analytical skills
High general linguistic skills
High level of accuracy and drive to comply with quality standards
Manage on time and budget delivery according to SLA
Ability to learn fast and to perform in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to write clearly and quickly, present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner
Ability to work independently and to act proactive
Feeling comfortable performing in an international setting with clients and colleagues from other cultures
