The candidate must have good contacts to generate resources for the organization and cross sell our other lifestyle products.
Formulating of Strategies for business development.
Branch Accounting / Administration.
Rendering Excellent Customer Service.
Safe Custody of Valuables & Surveillance over Branch transactions.
Maintaining control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls.
Monitoring office activity, including number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume etc.
Providing training to staff in regard to operations and policies.
Schedules, supervises, and motivates branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal
Member service satisfaction levels .
Coaches staff to fulfill business plan goals.
Monitoring quality of service for members, and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell products.
Assist in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and  Safety policies and procedures. Alerts staff of any changes.
