 We are looking for R2R Experts at Process Lead/Team Leads for Chennai/Trichy location, please find below the detailed JD for your reference;

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Service delivery for a region/country with responsibility to manage a teams
Responsible for validation and approval of journals
Responsible for review and attestation of reconciliations
Responsible for smooth month end closure.
Take ownership for improvement projects and collaborate with the clients to improve service delivery
Will act as a first point of escalation for the offshore team and ensures timely response to emails and escalation; Escalates issues pro-actively to the client team to ensure Zero Surprises
Document all the pain areas \ issues in the Issue log and ensure timely completion
Responsible for effective people management and appraisals
Proactively review teams performance to exceed client KPI's
Hands on experience in running projects collaboratively with the clients involving multiple stakeholders
The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization

Required Skills
Good domain knowledge-R2R
Prior experience in Oracle will be an added advantage
Excellent People Management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
Good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skill
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Flexible about work content, timings and location
