Job Details:
Tie up with online vendor to increase online business and negotiations on commercial.
Signing up with online vendor in coordination with legal team for agreement closure.
Coordination with buyer and online partner for range presentation and order booking
Booking actual order on the basis of past sale trend for all the lifestyle brand and in line with the OTB
Stock allocation to online partner as per order in coordination with merchandise team
Closely work with finance and online partner for timely payment and quarterly reconciliation
Sale and stock tracking , sell thru analysis , offer communication as per brand promotion
Timely offer updated in online channel
Working on financial budget ,sale growth and OTB planning
Control on discount and make sure discount are in line with brand/store
Ensure brand visibility in portal with new season visual and frequent site visit .
Manage day-to-day business relationships with the online partner.
Timely stock dispatch in coordination with WH and online partner
Coordination with MC for PI and follow up with online partner for PO
Ensure optimum stock level in online channel
Researched, analyzed, and monitored competitive landscape for potential opportunities.
Making monthly report for presentation
Ensuring after product delivery the product will get live on portal within the specified timeline
Coordination and maintain relation with internal team ( MC, planner, buyer ,Marketing ,accounts, MIS etc)
Follow up with fianc and online partner for timely payment and renewal of security cheque .
