Skills:
Routing, Switching (Mainly Cisco), Basic knowledge of Nexus and Load Balancers.
Certification: Minimum CCNA, CCNP partial or full will be added benefit.
Technologies required:
Enterprise Network Knowledge will be added benefit but not mandatory.
Technical Expertise Should have good knowledge of LAN/WAN/Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP). Switching concepts like Vlan, STP , HRSP etc.Also should have working experience on LAN/WAN on Cisco Platform. Load balancer and Nexus understanding.
Has worked in NOC Network Operation Centre
Can act as a source for the resolution of unique or complex problems which effect the management of own discipline.
Self-initiative and Must have understanding of ITIL processes

Role & Responsibilities: 
Needs to provide technical assistance for network issues related to customers LANs/WAN.
Provides Operational 24*7 support (NOC) for the customers maintaining uptimes as signed in the SLAs.
Coordination with third parties, like ISP, vendors, to be able to monitor progress of reported problems.
Required Behavioural Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills
Flexibility at work in terms of 247 operations
Work in a dedicated sincere and pro-active manner
